These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by LATENIGHT LIPS COSMETICS & PRODUCTS CORP., operating as Late Night Lips ("we," "us," or "our").

Consent

By providing a mobile number and expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated or non-automated marketing and promotional text messages from Late Night Lips at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Transactional texts about an order or account may be sent where permitted independently of marketing consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing texts. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help where supported, or email hey@latenightlips.com. Requests sent through other channels may take longer to match to your mobile number.

Telephone-number responsibility

You represent that you are authorized to use the number provided. If your number changes or is reassigned, opt out before giving it up and update your information where available.

Delivery

Wireless carriers and messaging providers do not guarantee delivery. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to network availability, device settings, carrier filtering, or events outside our reasonable control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may provide information to vendors that operate and support the messaging program solely for those purposes.

Changes

We may update or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms. We will post changes and provide any additional notice required by law.
